Danner (US) hails from New Jersey and only began producing in 2019. His first release came in 2021 on the mighty Toolroom, and since then, he has made a lasting impression with further standout sounds on labels such as Rawthentic, Issues and Night Service Only. He topped the Beatport chartsthis year with ‘Such A Feeling’ EP on Jack City, and his tunes have made their way into sets by tastemakers such as Solardo, Detlet, Sosa and Prok | Fitch. He now kicks off this new ISMOS label, launched to allow artists to step outside their comfort zone and with a mission to “create an environment where pure expression is the norm and self-doubt is a thing of the past.” The label will encourage artists to release work they truly believe in and never compromise during the creative process. Another group that I got hooked on at a young age. Geddy Lee is quite possibly the best bass player of all time and Neil Pert by far the best drummer ever.

Hot Water Music – Flight and a Crash
I still remember the first time I heard these guys and immediately became obsessed. Chuck Ragan and Chris Wollard’s voices give me chills. Talk about raw emotion. A must see when they tour.
H20 – Self Titled
NYC hardcore at its finest. I used to have this on a cassette and literally burned it out from listening and rewinding so many times.

NOFX – Punk In Drublic
Just saw these guys on their final tour playing together for 40 years. Saw them for the first time at Warped Tour in like 99? Punk in Drublic was one of my first CD’s as a kid.

I’ve seen James Grant and Jody Wisternoff so many times, love those guys. Anjunadeep is one of my fav labels. The 06 album is really special to me. So many good memories associated with it.
