Not too fast, not too slow.. it’s just right! I’ve found myself singing along to this so many times.. it definitely takes you somewhere.

Ashford & Simpson – It Seems To Hang On

This song makes you feel things deep in your soul. It really is a masterpiece. I could listen 1000 times.

INXS – To Look At You

Early 80’s era INXS were something else. The songs had a mood and a feel unlike anything else. I am a huge fan, and this is one of their lesser know tracks but a firm fave of mine.

Melba Moore – Love’s Comin’ At Ya

Early 80s again, produced by the masterful Kashif. I can imagine this would’ve been a great closing song at Paradise Garage.. low tempo, beautiful chords over thumping bass, and a heavenly vocal.

Mondo Rock – Chemistry

Stylish groove driven Australian rock.. again from the early 80s! This song has a really eery mood, but somehow sits right in the same lane as everything else in this list.

Kris Menace – Scaler

This is relentless. The never ending Shepard Tone constantly rising could very well send you out of your mind.. or it might send you back to the club!

Billy Ocean – Stay The Night

Talk about a sleazy bass line haa! Guaranteed you will be staying the night by the time this one is over!
