Through this live session Mark will be shedding light on the A&R process and showing aspiring producers what it takes to get a track signed to a label and also giving technical pointers and direction on the tracks selected, so producers can develop their style and improve their technique. Mark has over 20 years experience working in the music industry as a young A&R whizzkid at the world famous EMI Records to establishing his own label Cr2 Records 8 years ago which is now one of the leading independent record labels in the world.
He has a passion for music and an ear for a great tune which has led him to help launch the careers of some of the biggest names in electronic music today, such as Steve Angello, Eric Prydz, Chuckie, Norman Doray and Arno Cost and racking up Number One hits including David Guetta Vs The Egg ‘Love (Don’t Let Me Go)’ and Fedde Le Grand – ‘Put your Hand’s up for Detroit’
