Trainspotting with Layo & Bushwacka!

The big tunes from the big players

1. Layo & Bushwacka! “Dancing in the Dark” (Guy Gerber & DJ Tennis mix)  Olmeto Records
Yeah, I know plugging your own stuff, but this is not our mix and it’s really fantastic, both mixes are great but am addicted to this bass line.

2. Davide Squillaci “Pieces Of You”  This And That
After hours music or just great club music but deep and dark, really cool track.

3. Daso/Pawas “El Paso” (Butch Remix)  Body Music
Butch always puts out strong tracks and this has a great tribal chant, always playing.

4. Deep Space Orchestra “On The Inside” (The Revenge Memory Warehouse Remix)  Winding Road
Makes me think of old house records, warm vibes, groovey music, really liking The Revenge.

5. GruuvElement  ” Hello Berlin”  k9
Seems quite a simple track but really funky and has a great vibe played out, again always in my set.

6. Aidan Lavelle “Tinnitus”  Rebellion
Crosstown off shoot and rising star, James’s brother?

7. Just Be “Annabels” Crosstown Rebels
Matt’s new vibe and always causes me to ask him what it is when he’s playing it, so must be good!

8. Uner “Pallene”  Cadenza
Fantastic label and a beautiful track.

9. Matthias Meyer ” Free Your Mind”  Hive Audio
Deep house in a modern style.

10. Trevino “Buried”  Naked Lunch
Think this is a Marcus Intalex track, melodic techno but with bite.

Catch Layo & Bushwacka at Shake It on Friday August 3rd @ Egg with support from Paco Osuna (Spain) and in Room2, the leading Astray collective.
