STBAN is a Latin house producer and DJ with Spanish roots and a Swiss upbringing. As head of Flamenca Records he has built a platform dedicated to house music infused with flamenco, Latin and Afro influences, staying close to his heritage while pushing into new electronic territory. His productions highlight a fusion of tradition and underground club culture, with organic instrumentation and rhythm at the heart of his sound. He has collaborated with leading flamenco guitarist Josemi Carmona on a series of releases that bridge the worlds of live performance and electronic production, often incorporating vocals and instrumentation that give his tracks a distinctive edge. On stage he brings the same vision to life through immersive performances with dancers, visuals and live percussion.
