Talal has already performed great events including Family Piknik Festival France (w/ Hannes Bieger, Camelphat, Patrice Baumel, Ben Bohmer), BEON1X Festival Cyprus (w/ Sasha, Digweed, Nick Warren), Robot Hearts Further Future Festival Nevada (w/ Dixon, Nicolas Jaar), Shipwrecked Festival New Zealand (w/ Nico Stojan), Cream Amnesia Ibiza (w/ Ferry Corsten), and Night Tales London (w/ Just Her).  As his new remix of code:rose, Sonnero – ‘Radillon EP’ drops on Family Piknik, DMCWorld goes Trainspotting with Talal. 

Nihil Young – Foreign Affair – Nomade

Another of many great tracks from Nihil Young, on a great label Nomade. Nihil & I have released numerous times with Nomade & there are generally forthcoming items with the label.

Depeche Mode – Martyr (Booka Shade Remix) – Mute

Depeche Mode has a long catalog of remixes, however the Booka Shade remix of Martyr is probably one of my favorites + I recently signed a track to Booka Shades Blaufield label which will see the light of day sometime soon.

Oliver Mandic – Kreni Kroz Vene – City Records

I’ve been spending time lately getting to know Sarajevo, there are a number of great venues/events Silver Smoke, Sound Beyond, Garden of Dreams – I’ve been learning more about the 1980s new wave / synth pop sound that the former Yugoslav artists were on the forefront of globally at the time.

Kamilo Sanclemente, Dabeat – Passing Lights (Mayro Remix) – Univack

Nacho/Integral Breads Univack label from Spain has been releasing great material for sometime, this track was a great one amongst many others.

Blanka Barbara, Amber Long – Epiphany – Modern Agenda

Amber Longs Modern Agenda label from Canada has been releasing impressive music for sometime, this was a great recent one. I had a release with the label not to far into the past, hopefully again another time in the future.

Andy De Gage – Sunflower – Tanzgemeinschaft

Claudio’s Tanzgemeinschaft group is always busy in many directions, this was a great release, look forward to more from the label/magazine.

Rauschhaus – Mindworm (Ruben Karapetyan Remix) – Mango Alley

It is hard to understate the quality of output from both Alex’s Mango Alley label & Ruben Karapetyan in general. This track was a great release look forward to more.

Talal Hakim – In The Air – Family Piknik

This track took about 2 years to release as it was first originally going to a festival groups forthcoming label in north america but circumstances did not align so it went with Family Piknik which was a great move – am glad when a song still sounds interesting years later.

Talal Hakim – Remy – JOOF

John 00 Fleming / JOOF took more chances on my music than most in terms of risking a sound that doesnt fit a specific genre, am grateful + this track ended up being my single most playlisted track by 5 beatport editorial charts. 2 EP’s are coming on JOOF in 2024 including 1 this month Nightcall/Skenderija.

Talal Hakim – Exhibition – Beatfreak

D-formation & Grazze run a great label, I am always impressed with the output, I was grateful that they signed this track.
