Fantasy Island is a new series of free monthly Balearic parties at noted Spanish bar and restaurant Camino in London King’s Cross. Each month Fantasy Island will bring you the very best Balearic beats, featuring DJs firmly associated with Ibiza, alongside Camino’s food and drinks.
Camino is tucked away in a beautiful courtyard in the heart of King’s Cross and will be hosting six Fantasy Island events from October to March 2010. Fantasy Island will mix legendary pioneers of the Balearic genre with the current breed of artists and DJs inspired by the sound. Alongside the free parties will be a special New Year’s Eve spectacular, featuring Loft/Body and Soul resident DJ Cosmo playing a special Balearic set, and the stunning live band Latin Dub Soundsystem
The first Fantasy Island on Friday 30th October features guest DJ Andy Carroll who will be joining resident DJ and curator Richard Norris.
