Following his stunning Bold Parade debut with ‘Flowers In The Dirt EP’ in the spring, acclaimed producer and multi-instrumentalist, Paul McMahon (Crashdaddy / Bellcrash), is back with an enchanting selection of mellow and jazzy grooves on his new release, ‘Heat’. The title track features London’s Janessa J, who delivers a candy-sweet vocal over a bubbly NuSoul groove, and also comes with a funky Trip Hop style remix from up-and-coming Belfast talent, Brién. ‘Sacrament’ is a jazzy laid-back affair with vocals from London’s Rose White that charismatically flow over soothing soundtrack garnished with uplifting brass. Bringing a Latin flavour to the EP is Brazil’s Bianca Amente, whose enchanting voice pirouettes around a sun-drenched percussive soundtrack made up of lush guitars, keys and brass performances on ‘Mar De Afeto’.
