Armed with a banquet of saporous electronica to feast upon, Congellous tantalises us with his new electronic musical pleasures. ‘Awaken From The Sleep’ is deeply hypnotic and comes with soothing vocal hooks that percolate over a simmering Acid tinged house groove which sees Congellous flex his Mini-Moog and Roland System-500 skills. ‘Sputnik 2’ is darker and smoulders with techy vibes, animated with retro analogue synthscapes that alluringly swirl and arpeggiate over provocative bass stabs.
