DeadBots – Love Unlimited (feat The Emperor Machine Remix)

Deadbots ‘Love Unlimited’ is a beautiful melodic, 80s disco, dreamy, chugging track from Dublin based Paul Kelly (DJ, Promoter) and Nina K (Model, Photographer). The track opens with phasing cords and snippet of the beautiful ethereal vocals of Nina K before the bass line of Ian McFarlane drops in with the most perfect groove. The track builds with layered delayed vocals declaring ‘So we can figure it out’, hooky synth lines fly in and out, cutting between drops and builds – adding a slightly hypnotic touch to fully pull you into its wonderful charms. The sound is lush, happy, joyous, cool and equally at home with the likes of the great Lindstorm and Todd Terje. The package comes with a very special extended remix from one of out favourite synth aficionado ‘The Emperor Machine. Here the Emperor almost does and edit style remix, keeps all the elements, extends them and lets the track groove, chunk and kick along in its joyous own style, the mastery here is in the arrangement, where its always keep interesting, moving you irresistibly closer to a dance floor. ‘If it ain’t broke’ seems to be the approach, and what else would we possible want, ‘the same – but more it it’, which is perfectly delivered here. This is the first single taken from the band’s debut album, (released in–house via https://www.deadbotsmusic.com 14th March) and if this is a taster of the quality to come – bring it on!
