West Coast music genius Daedelus teams up with the unstoppable MF Doom – the masked geezer who’s been on just about everyone’s album this year, from Madlib to Danger Mouse to Gorillaz to Madonna (well, maybe not everyone, but he’s a busy man) – to serve up some all-too-short b-movie mania to the 40’s style musical schizophrenia. Insane and inspired in equal parts. Domu tries to calm things down with a frenetic broken take, yet rather cleverly just increases the hype, the booming beats creating a mesmeric background to the swathing audio spectrum.
