If this turns out to be rubbish, Junk’s on a hiding to nothing. Fortunately, on the back of suspicious chunks of The Meters and The Incredible Bongo Band and horns from a similar era, a natty, old skool-sounding 12” shakes its moneymaker. Junk sounds like a product of an 80s microphone, especially to Diesler’s Sweet T-ish bassline on the remix.
