In true Shaolin tradition, the Wu DJ’s follow up to ‘Love Hell or Right’ is crawling with hangers-on and newbies. Unsurprisingly, the verbal traffic, full Wu complement included, ebbs & flows trickily, Maths’ fondness for the posse cut seemingly wanting to get his moneys worth on studio time instead of wasting it on soloists. Languidly pimped-out and rickety in one, ‘The Problem’ unlocks the 36 chambers to steal string and harpsichord snatches, and either gets busy with the Pledge or loops them red-eyed so you can hear the joins. Steady sustenance of the Wu way.
