‘Freak Out’, a reliable plunder of the funk archive with old skool values from Blake9, gets Comel_15 and Time Machine’s Jaysonic to scrutinise methodical madness instead of totally wildin’ out. ‘NoStylegia’ twists remembering the good old days, ditching the usual ‘shorties growing up’ chestnuts for living life by the rhyme diary. For straight rhymes-to-beats value, ‘Deluxe’ ain’t bad at all.
