Full of butter-wouldn’t-melt moments (‘Comin’ For You’ is genuinely lovely), and the now commonplace jiggyfication of the love song (i.e., cooing about beaus and Maybach Benzies in the same sentence), Songz gives Omarion and Bobby V a run for their money from club to crib. Of the randy rascal that makes out they’re ideal son-in-law material genre, ‘Cheat On You’ goes one step further in shifting the blame of infidelity, and like Valentino’s ‘Slow Down’, supposed innocence relents to ‘Ur Behind’ – another record admiring ass, while TS’ sometime R Kelly twang helps ‘Gotta Make It’ come on like ‘Ignition’.
