As soon as the disc hit’s the deck, swooning old skool soul oozes from the speakers. Mr Thing conjures up a magical track on ‘Forget Me Not’, while Yungun rides the summer grooves with warmth and a sense of humour. If day time radio pulls it’s finger out, we could quite easily see Yungun & Mr Thing riding high in the charts. ‘Forget Me Not’ comes backed with the title cut to their forthcoming album, the Public Enemy influenced ‘G.M.B. (Grown Man Business)’, overloading on funky energy. Also you get ‘This Is Who We Be’ which features Doc Brown & Devise. Watch out Mike Skinner, you’re about to be toppled off your throne.
