Originally released back in 1996 on the Hamburg’s Superstition label twenty years later now seems like a good time to revisit the number. So along with a handful of excellent new versions the unrelenting Techno gem gets another shot. The full hit of the Original remains intact, while a fresh remix from the tracks creator sees André Winter eases the tempo down a little while lending the brisk Acid intensity a re-invigorating lease of life. Re.You then rework the rhythms with grittier drums driving the commanding keys via no-less edge, as Dubspeeka deliver their own carefully crafted slant next. Finally H.O.S.H expand the possibilities further with more musical flair adding extra distance amid timely piano strikes and haunting, deeper soundscapes.
