First grabbing our attention with a wicked remix of JL Henney’s ‘Me & My Moog’ earlier this year, Cass Cutbush and Tom Mangan charge on to our page with a fantastically filthy bit of kit. An EP of four tracks, this kicks off with ‘I Love Your Shoes featuring B.Pirate’. This is beautifully fresh to our bleary ears with razor sharp production and huge slabs of electro bass and ripping synth lines. Strings soar and the twisted vocal will roll your eyes. ‘Green Eggs’ is as hilarious as it is good, a ketamised Soul Mechanik, if you will. Wide bass, chopped up mad vocal, nuff said. Two more tracks grace the ep, a useful dub of track one and a Balearic electronic happening is how we like to term numero four. Well, when we are in Hoxton anyway…
