Clé & Mike Vamp are putting their Märtini Brös alias on hold for this slightly different project. Deep and funky, ‘Maisonette’ nods at those tracky Nu Groove releases from yesteryear, there’s even a bit of David Morales’ classic Red Zone dubs to be found. For a more dramatic rendition Tuning Spork’s Samim goes further into old-school house, adding mysterious piano, pad bass and a eurodisco bassline. Opting for a sombre direction Steve Bug turns out an hypnotic re-rub.
