Anyone who’s been to any of London’s ‘Sunday Circuit’ of underground house parties (secretsundaze/retox/jaded etc) will know the fine work of chicago born Berkson. Alongside partner James What they provided the scene with some of 2007’s finest moments both live and on vinyl, this solo offering continues that path of minimal funk in fine style. Very much in the poker flat style of previous music Dan has made both tracks have great spooky keyboard work that’s off kilter groove keeps things funky and raw while the crisp rythms will keep all the Shoreditch K Monkeys dancin well into monday morning.
