Signifying Apollonia’s final release of the year this instantly hot production simply simmers with delight from the off. Its succession of mesmerising electronic beats tease you in anticipation before the introduction of warm synthesized vocals proceed to wash over you. It’s then down to the hypnotic repetition of the rhythms to lock you in over the course of several minutes proving ‘Ometeo’ to be a sublime, seductive arrangement of sounds that never fails but to dazzle. Dyed Soundorom provides a great alternative version that alters the tone with heavier drums and bass while extending the experience by some ninety seconds.
