Spaniard David Herrero returns to Defected with a three track EP of ticklish, tech house delights. ‘Bad Day’ is a four note, four to the floor, positively pumping blood bank. ‘I Like That’ takes a razor to the vocal samples and puts it all in drive on some quirky keys and a Michelin radial reinforced bassline, then ‘Oclock’ closes with a hi-hats and low passes, afterhours knee-trembler. It connects the tech house dots in a fine style.
