Wow! With all these names involved in this release you’re gonna expect something a bit different! Well that’s just what you get. Apparently this is the result of Future Music magazine locking Deekline, Wizard, Beni G and Plus One together in the studio for a ‘musical experiment’ feature type thing. Trapped in the studio for days, with no fresh food or natural day light leads to an end result which successfully pulls in different influences and flavours. The punk rock guitar intro gives you no clues as to what will come in nnext… anurban-breaks modern day ode to ‘Gold Diggers’ no less! Bouncy b lines and swiftly delivered MC vocals combine with electro bleeps on this full-on anarchic slab of Souf London vinyl. We like the Ashley Beedle mix too, a sneaky, sleazy, fat, funky bit of totally solidly produced house music. This is subtly uplifting party music with electro-synth flourishes and the remix makes nice use of the vocal and is guaranteed to get you feeling super-stylish on the dance floor. The Breakfastaz do what they do best and go straight for the breakbeat jugular.
