I’m guessing that the title refers to something other than blowing a musical instrument but then maybe I am being nieve. If you can stick Snoop’s lyrical charm offensive (he’s definitely not on the feminist icon top 10) this places the rap over an irresistible 70’s flavoured groove with additional instrumentation only adding to the spice. However if all that verbal is to much for you to handle then the ‘Dub’ just uses the backing vocals alongside the rich rhythm section.
