As if Disclosure’s ‘Holding On’ has not been raved about enough, the Gus Pirelli remix that set their Facebook, website and the blogs that matter alight is now ready for release and what a dazzling disco ball it is. It’s got a growling bass guitar groove and a shiny, reflective top end that makes mirrored shades, turned up skinnies and espadrilles mandatory. It reminds me of Soft House Company’s ‘What I Need’ in the bassline region but it’s a slo-mo disco dance off that will kick up more sand than the Mistral itself. Excellent.
