More unique house music from the lovable Ed Banger camp, ‘Pocket Piano’ can best be described as a movie soundtrack full of emotion and intrigue. What starts as a haunting 80’s film score with retro neon synth’s painting a spacey background, changes into a Chicago house piano/acid driven combo that’s sounds like a mashup of Mozart and Moby!. Totally manic and unforgettable in both arrangement and production, you can see why the likes of Tong, Mac, Mr Wink, Erol, Tiga and many more are bigging this up. Amazing work of art that should be played rather than hung on the wall.
