If you’ve ever wondered what happens when Diplo and Skrillex join forces look and listen no further than ‘Take U There’. It’s a parping, belching, bottom end farting opus filled with vocals and effects that are royally fucked with then pitch shifted and time stretched beyond all reasonable levels. Add some sirens and air horns and pop princess Kiezsa’s laser sharp vocal tones and captain vocal hooks and you have a hit that is about to hog the airplay charts from now till the end of the year. It’s great fun in a head-on with no headlamps dubstep-meets-moombathon Mach1 collision. If this is the first fruits of a long term collaboration, then the upcoming Diplo / Skrillex stadium tour promises to be absolutely off the scale bananas.
