Following the sterling ‘Block Party’ biggie from Buckley, this fine four tracker should cement the labels profile as a must check outlet for innovative sample sorcery. ‘Our Version’ does the Solid Groove/Switch nasty lead assault offset by cool filtered string samples and associated rubbery trimmings. ‘Honkey Version’ goes for knockabout stoopid fun, strapping country and western guitars and comedy vocals to the daftest track on the 12. The beats version is super playable with clean beats and the odd delayed fx, with ‘your version’ delivering a direct electro houser. All good stuff.
