JP Chronic, owner of the superb Chronovision Ibiza label, is back with a disturbed deep nugget called ‘ Again’, that features the hypnotic voice by Thallie, a great singer from Mauritius. Sunclock label boss, DJ Vivona has snapped that one up for his more tracky SNKE label and he did push some right buttons there because we speak of an absolute belter of a tune.
‘Francesco Tarantini & Hector Romero’s NY Remix’ has a gummy groove with a funky bassline. They built an amazing deep atmosphere that is powered by an incredible pad melody before a huge percussion session adds some extra spice to it.
The ‘Talkback Remix’ (aka Sossa & Jacopo G) is a straight no nonsense house groove from minute one that impresses with a lovely break whilst the ‘Original Mix’ has an impressive noisy, slightly aggressive beat programming, that has BIG ROOM written all over it.
Finally label honcho Luca Vivona goes to work to deliver a pounding, minimal synth heavy version that will grab you by the first listen. If all Tech House trax would sound like this, I’d need ten assistants to cover all reviews, thankfully this is not the case!
