Bootlegs are ten a penny these days, however, by some kind of miracle, this uptempo makeover of Billy Idol’s ‘Flesh For Fantasy’ works brilliantly. Into disco-rock? Look no further, you need this record asap. Nothing out of the ordinary (filtered samples, eventful breaks, a funky groove and a pumping 4/4) but somehow the original song – in measured amounts here – still does the trick twenty years after having first rocked the global dancefloors.
