Commendable old school simplicity afoot here as Mr Moston hoists new label Freakz Me Out. Thudding beat, simple riffage and a swelling, juddering radioactive hippo’s stiffie of a synth sequence, topped with looped title-hook. Berlin’s Daniel Dexter Vs Nhan Solo give it the nasty breaks makeover before the quite stunning treatment by Australia’s Acid Jacks who keep that synth line but blow everything else up, mangling the hook and adding sirens and 303 to create a wild pitch-Phuture-style monster which is right on the button and sure to cause major damage. I’d like to hear some more of this bunch.
