Emerson’s underwater records welcome a new face, New Zealander Luke Walker. ”Alias” doesn’t hang about in setting a pace with throbbing bassline and sharp edged synthline. “Streak” is in a similar mould but more on the uplifting side with shifting bassline, pulsating from the start with a warm, atmospheric groove as cut up vocals and stabby bits are tweaked.
