Scorching re-fried funk from Sunshine on this precursor to the superb forthcoming LP from MDLA, ‘Mas Amor’ Dedicated to the daddy of the dynamic hairpiece Mr Carlos Valderama it’s a diverse selection of tracks, kicking off with the corking retro house of ‘DC10’. Kind of late 90’s French in spirit its based around a simple loop with the odd blast of crowd action, with none of the qualities one might expect of said balaeric fleapit i.e. a bit of funk in amongst the skank. 2 no less excellent downtempo pieces from the LP with a refined Dining Rooms remix completing the 12, well worth digging out.
