Don’t make any sudden moves – I too had a severe aversion to this track on first listen. It felt rough around the edges – even a bit home made for some reason, but give it time, let the lazy bass and rapier sharp, ethereal vocals cut your judgements off at the knee and work their magic on your furrowed brow. It’s electro pop that burrows deeper into your ear than Katie Melua’s spider ever thought was possible. It’s hooky and sing alongy and shares the love in a kinetic kind of way.
