Despite its dicey title ‘Stalk You’ makes for a very pleasurable listen with DJ Kawasaki sprinkling all sorts uplifting magic over the grooves. A piano provides the hook while the swirling strings and uptempo arrangement always keep the party going as Denise White’s pleading vocals may give you something to think about. The Doll Combers then beak up the beats with a supremely funky version which also provides an extra intensity to the song while still retaining the punch line.
