“Waterman” is quite a simple idea really, take a catchy reggae vocal sample from “Bam Bam”, turn it into an infectious loop, add some ragga vocals, horn riffs & a big breakdown, then place the whole kit’n’kaboodle on a bouncing 4/4, & hey presto you’re on big tune alert. You’ll know if you were lucky enough to be there, or if you saw the footage on TV, that when Fatboy Slim dropped this at Glastonbury, the tent erupted & was nearly sent into orbit.
