Oliver Moldan’s two part EP for Audio Therapy is deep, dark and rather wonderful. Both ‘Stunning’ and ‘Debbie Does Dishes’ are the sort of tracks you might find in the middle of a Dave Seaman set. It’s the first that makes a lasting impression with a string loop cast over some heavy, minimal house beats. Lutzenkirchen’s remix of this makes more of a play for the tech-house sector, as does the B-side ‘Debbie Does Dishes’, a more spaced out production that hints at trance influences. The Harada remix of this goes for the minimal once again – and secures a quartet of fine mixes, all of which will stand up well on the floor.
