Love this! What first grabs you and sets this release apart from most others you’ll hear in the next couple of weeks is the distinctly sultry vocal delivery from Rebecca Vaughns. Spoken with self-confidence and poetically charged lyrically its set to a backdrop of sparse synth chords and heavy beats in Pat’s captivating ‘Old Skool Vibe’ version. Ryan Mishkin’s mix then perks it up with punchier rhythms as indeed does the ‘Club Mix’, which then leaves the ‘Acapella’ to speak for itself. Mighty fine.
