Ray Roc (of Roc & Kato fame) updates his seminal house anthem for the New Year with an assortment of club mixes from ATFC, Peter Presta, Kevin Graves and Roc himself. The Dominican Republic-born, Queens-raised New Yorker has always been at the forefront of the house movement, despite mainstream pop success in recent years in the US, and this early ‘90s release has rightfully become a cult classic in the twelve years since its release. ATFC offer the two more accessible mixes, while Peter Presta’s Applejaxx recreations offer tribalism, Graves even darker minimalism, and Roc’s Playboy mixes Latin vibes.
