After sneaking some key remixes in here and there, one of my favourite Bristolians returns with a fresh Roni Size EP that could quite easily put Size back on the international radio, gigs and festival map. ‘Power’ is a soaring, euphoric, drum and bass vocal track that works a crisp female vocal into a big tent rave off whilst ‘Final Day’ – works its smooth male vocal into a daisy age, tripped out flute and folk guitar introduction, then pulls the magic carpet out from beneath your feet with a sprawling and shadowy jump up style that will make you feel glad to be alive. Big tings a gwan for Roni Size and that is just as it should be.
