One Records just get better with each release and this first for 2013 is one of their finest to date. Santos Resiak skillfully combines all the elements that go to make up great House music along with a killer, albeit deadpan cool, vocal from Dilo. Powered by the melodic notation from an irresistible bassline, while accompanied by flourishes of atmospheric chords, the vocal is then free to reflect the music that is contemporary and vital. And who better than the Martinez Brothers to remix this, which they do so with typical flair stripping back the voice to concentrate on the thumping Toms and fizzy Acid attitude.
