Signed after recent work for labels such as Dirty Dancing, Polyphonics and Missive, Jean Vanesse and Thomas Sohet aka Spiritcatcher have signed with 2020 and will be releasing their debut LP next year. For now the Belgian duo proposes ‘Sweetdeal’, a deep house gem with lush pads and racey arpeggios, Kinda Frankie Knuckles’ ‘Your Love’ with a dash of retro Europeanism. On the flip ‘Time Emulator’ offers a contemporary take on jazz-funk.
