As soon as we heard this we knew we were in breakbeat, electro Miami hip-hop heaven…oh yes! Hot off the back of their double album jamboree, The Stantons kick us all up the rear with what is definitely one of THE standout tracks of their pretty fine recording history. It’s got all the elements you want out of a ‘Warriors track; the raw hip-hop sensibilities, old-school electro all over its ass, dirty-but-fun attitude, all important, serious and to-the-point bass-line and the best darn cowbells you’ll hear for a while. (They actually sound like they’re still attached to the unfortunate cow!…no, no not you dear!) The lyrics are a little bit rude and suggestive in a hip-hop, Miami-pool-party-with-big-booty-girls-and-monster-trucks kind of way, but now I’ve read that, it sounds pretty good to me!!
