The Trade affiliated label continues with their recent forays into the more soulful side of dance with this latest release from Sheffield’s golden larynx vocalist. The singer/songwriter’s no stranger to the spotlight with an impressive resume that includes collaborations with Cassius, Xpress-2, Starchaser and Axwell. Now hogging the solo spotlight, in its Original mix this is a slick slice of summery funk with a sing-along hook which radio is most likely to champion, however from a clubbing perspective the chunkier electro-etched Alex Celler remix, and more refined Karol XVII & MB Valence mix will please underground and soulful house markets respectively.
