By anyone’s standard this is a great piece of music which reworks one of Sun Ra’s finer moments. For the dancefloor there’s Yannah Valdevit’s excellent Broken Beats mix which packs plenty of punch but leaves the space for June Tyson’s voice to shine. While the flip-side sees Italian producer Gerardo Frisina deliver two exquisitely jazzy versions both of which are first rate. A quality release from the label.
