Distinctly French sounding and riding on Cassius, Life Like and Fred Falke’s coat tails. This terrific energy-filled high-octane dancer filters vocals samples over a driving groove that sounds like it stepped straight out of the Crydamoure vaults. Sporting all of the hallmarks of the Gallic label in their prime, Axel Le Baron’s creation is as French as berets, baguettes and garlic! Little wonder then that his label’s plans include releases and remixes from some of the pioneers of the filtered-house genre including Eric Chedeville (famous for his duet with Guy-manuel de Homen Christo of Daft Punk and co-founder of Crydamoure), DJ Sneak and Modjo’s Romain Tranchart. C’est magnifique!
