Although it’s difficult to fail when sampling such a camp/catchy/classic chunk of disco, it’s clear Supertronic aka Soul Avengers have got their production tricks well sussed out. With ‘Makes Me Happy’, Gardner and O’Connell turn out yet another unstoppable funky-house bullet.
