Production duo Vanni & Fav disch up another 80’s fused helping of synthology on their new single ‘Are You Dancing?’ Available in two flavours for the dance-floor, they have dug out the old Casio and delivered a dynamic slice of electronic disco with it’s incessantly catchy synth hook, pulsating bassline and also giving a nod to one of their late heroes, Steve Strange, RIP. Flipping the script, they cook up a warm sophisticated Deep House version, laced with another kind of infectious “ooopah – oompah” hook, and decorated with lush electronica and dreamy, ethereal voices.
