Offering a new take on Gallic disco, Beckers and D-Nox deliver a relentless biggie that pumps hard despite the quasi-psychedelic looped vocal (could this be a Beatles sample?). Riding like a train on a peak-time mission, ‘Colour Me Blind’ goes for that distinctive rocky touch that sometimes graces the best French productions. On the flip Phatjack offers an altogether different groove.
