France’s Babylon continue to launch in fine style with a gorgeously subtle summer breeze of a tune. Main feature is a dreamy guitar ripple which pokes its head through a bevy of psychedelic swirls and swooshes as the lush melodies gently stroke each other. The flip sees Mark ‘Madoka’ Vanneri stripping down but adding haunting chords and flickers, buiulding up an effect not unlike Derrick May’s ‘Sueno Latino’ remix.. Summer’s here and the time is right for euphoric, dreamy hypno-house. The first obvious Ibiza beach candidate I’ve really encountered this year.
